Crazy Day!!

Some days it just feels like I am juggling so many things between kids, home, work and family.  I would love to have a clone to help me get everything done.  I have 3 deals closing this week.  I am down to 1 listing the rest of mine sold.  Ready to start with some fresh ones.  Good things to do before you list your home clear get ready clear as much out as you can.  Pack up some of the kids toys they won't miss them and when you pull them out after you move they will think they have toys!!!!

Rain Rain Go Away!!! Activity up!! deals happening!!

What a rainy dreary day today!!  Even with all the rain people are ready to buy.  This month a bunch of closing which is awesome for October.  And I have one listing left my listings have sold!!!  Thinking of selling your house during the holiday season what a great time when you decorate and make your home feel some warm and comfortable.  I still can't believe all the stores have their Christmas items on display already.  Ready for a busy rest of the week showing houses tomorrow, Friday and Saturday!!!!   With our furnaces kicking on Lowe's had a great scented sheet you put by the filter of your furnace and when it kicks on it send a nice sent in the house.  They work really well.

October is starting of to be a great month

Busy weekend the market is going great very busy.  Wrote 3 offers this weekend 2 accepted.  Also did a open house that was a little slow but the market is going good.  Price your house good and it will sell.  What makes a good open house make sure your home is clean, smells clean, and clutter is cleared.  Saturday busy day my son won his football game it was so cold.  It is to early to be this cold please tell me we get some more sunny days.

Inexpensive ways to prepare your home to sell.

Before you get ready to sell make sure you are preparing your home.  Walk into each room of your home and imagine you do not live in the home make the home appealing to as many people as possible. 
-Clear Clutter!!! ( You are moving so start packing up some stuff think how organized you will be)
 Even furniture overcrowding a home with furniture does not give it a nice open feel.

-Pictures if you have a crazy amount of pictures, awards or distracting items pack them up.  Buyers get distracted and we want them to see the home.

These are just a couple things that don't cost anything to do just time!!!!

Brunswick, Ohio

Wrote a offer today for a home in Brunswick, Ohio what another great area I lived in Brunswick and have family in Brunswick.  I stopped by the new Mapleside Farm for lunch the other day WOW they really redid the place.  If you have not seen it yet stop by!!!  The food was great I will be going again.  Brunswick has so much to offer take a look at the website http://www.brunswick.oh.us/.  Tomorrow I am hoping to finally close a short sale keeping my fingers crossed.

Bank owned home!!

I was in a bank owned home in Cleveland Heights today what a nice area the houses around this one were so nice and had that old time charm. Close to the Clinic what a great location.  I am happy for the neighbors that the house will hopefully be bought by someone that will take good care of it.  The part I love about my job is seeing all the different areas and towns with their own personality!!!   Driving home I loved all the little shops I will be back to visit!!!  I hope everyone survived the day!!!!  I did so ready for tomorrow!!! Home Inspection, short sale deal, closing, and getting son ready for camp.

What a rainy dreary day today!!! I am excited for my buyer we did a home inspection today and everything turned out great no major issues and the inspector was great.  Thanks Greg Simon from G.S Resident Services he was great with a first time home buyer and explained things very good to him!!!!  My short sale deal is finally moving forward so happy for that buyer just remember with short sales patience!!!!  My son is going to camp on Wednesday I am excited for him getting everything ready for him.  What a day ready for another crazy day tomorrow!!!!

Go Browns!!!!!!!

Go Browns!!! Cleveland fans will stick by their teams no matter what looking forward to watching them win!!  I love football time good times, good friends and fun foods!!! Trying to think of some yummy things to make!!!!  But before that fun showing a bank owned home in Strongsville some good deals with bank owned homes.  I saw one in Brunswick that is so nice all done in a good neighborhood crazy some of the deals.  Off to my showings then fun with the Browns Game go Brownies!!!

Showing Houses and Football and Open Houses

Showed houses in Strongsville today some great deals and the interest rates are insane.  Then ran to my sons football game he won 45-0 to bad the Browns can't win but we love our Browns.  Also making food for my husband going on a fishing trip he loves Bob Evans sausage gravy you can go on their website they have the recipe it is so easy to do and he loves it.   Tomorrow Open Houses a great way to keep your house smelling good his Bath and Body works has a spray I like vanilla or a citrus smell.  Vanilla makes it warm and inviting citrus gives it a clean crisp smell.  Wish me luck!!!

A Day In the Life of a Realtor/Mom

I have heard so much about blogging I am finally trying it!!!  Wow what a day!!  I am so excited one of the deals I have a contract on which is a short sale is finally getting ready to close.  It can be a very frustrating process but finally everybody has agreed and we are moving forward.  I have the Buyers and they are so happy.  Short sale can be a very complicated process I wish they could be simplified.  My other deal that I also have the buyer for we finally worked the kinks out on that deal also the frustration came on the lending side if it.  I highly recommend not only do you interview your realtor you interview your lender.  On top of all that finishing up making a banner for my daughters football game and cupcakes and still have to meet client to sign paperwork at 3:30.  I need to get more organized so I can get everything done!!!
